Another successful week complete!
In math today, students reviewed their five and ten times tables and helped each other memorize their basic facts by quizzing each other. It is becoming very important that students are practicing their basic multiplication facts as we will be moving into division next week!
In language arts, students participated in “Free Write Friday” where they were able to write about anything they want! It was so fun to see what they came up with! Students wrote about a topic they were passionate about, instructions on “how to” do something, or describing their favourite memory!
Over the weekend, please have your student practice some multiplication and tell you about our tomato plant experiment!
Reminder! We are asking students to bring in the small 1 liter cartons of milk or cream. Please ensure the cartons are rinsed well so they do not get stinky in our classroom… yuck!
