Tomorrow is the last day of swimming. Thank you so much for your diligence in making sure students are prepared with their swimwear under their clothing in the morning, and all appropriate gear in a labeled bag. Students have learned so many valuable skills and many can support themselves in the water.

In math, we continued to learn about placing fractions on a number line. We have learned that as the denominator gets larger, the sections get smaller. Tomorrow we will begin comparing fractions with different denominators.

In science, we learned the scientific reason why the experiments worked yesterday (light bends when it goes through water).

We will write our science test on light and shadows and our math test on fractions next week.

Have a great evening!
