Today we began working on subtraction with and without regrouping. We will wrap up subtraction late next week.
We had the Souperstars program in our class today. We learned about food safety. Ask your child how they can be safe with food.
We continued to work on our Scratch projects today. We are almost done, and will get one more class time to finish up.
In science, we learned about the sun. We learned that without it, human life could not exist. We learned that it rises in the east, sets in the west, and that when it is at the highest point in the sky, it is midday. See some photos below of the sun rise/set creation we made today.
