We have 54 items for the Food Bank! Very exciting! Please continue to send whatever you are able to increase the amount we collect!!

We had an exciting day today. We began learning about bar graphs in math and answered some example questions on the board.

After recess, we met up with the other 3/4 classes to create "Whoville-type" houses for the bulletin boards in the hallway, to help decorate for the Christmas Concert. Take a look below at some pictures - the students had a great time!

The Christmas concert is taking place next Thursday at 9:00am. Due to the excitement from the Christmas concert, our science unit test for Waste and Our World will be moved to Tuesday, December 13th. I will send science duotangs home on Friday for students to read over their notes. Please remember that they should not be spending too long on this - just a quick review of main concepts each evening to ensure understanding is enough.

In science, we started learning about packaging and ways that companies could reduce the amount of waste that their packages produce, as well as alternatives that could be recycled or reused.

Have a great evening!
