Our Food Bank Drive is currently ongoing. Today we had 20 items brought in for the food bank and I am told that we might be in second place!! If we collect the most food we will get an extra recess with Mr. Miller! Our school has filled up almost a box and a half at the office. Thank you for helping support this cause!
In math, we worked through a little review of what we have done so far for graphing and will be moving onto bar graphs officially tomorrow! Students are working towards giving detailed answers about their graphs to demonstrate understanding.
In gym, we continued to play fitness Monopoly. See a couple of photos below of activities that can be done.
We read the next 2 chapters of our Cam Jansen book and focused on the skill of visualizing. We also wrote down some character traits about a character named Danny, using text evidence to support our beliefs.
In science, we discussed the process of recycling. We will have our unit test on Thursday of next week.
We did a preliminary spelling assessment today to begin an in-class spelling program in the near future.
