Our Food Bank Drive began today! We already have 6 items from our class and a full box at the office! Hooray!
In language arts today we created a class 4* paragraph describing the outside of a gingerbread house from the internet, so students knew their expectations for writing their own paragraph. See photo below.
In math, we continued to work through line plots and are hoping to move onto bar graphs tomorrow.
In science, we learned about what happens to our recycling. We learned 5 R words to help with the waste problem - Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, Repurpose, Rethink. We will continue to explore these words in the coming days as we begin to conclude our unit.
