Another blue day today! We spent morning and lunch recess inside doing activities. This will likely be the case for tomorrow as well. Please ensure you continue to send your children to school with the appropriate winter gear, because if the weather rises to an acceptable temperature we will be going outside.

We started out the day by working on our triple scoop adjectives. Take a look at the photos below.

We had the computers after recess to complete some research on a decomposer of our choice. We will turn it into a "Wanted Poster" which we will present to the class when it is completed.

In math, we continued discussing tally charts. We will work on tally charts for one more day (tomorrow) and then move onto Pictographs.

We also had photo retakes and class photos today.

Students brought their social studies duotangs home on Friday with a study guide inside. We will be having our mapping test on Wednesday so students have been asked to review the information in their duotangs.

Poppies will be handed out at school on Remembrance Day. Donations are encouraged if you plan to have your child utilize the school poppies.

Please return Alien In-Line Skating forms at your earliest convenience so your child can participate.

Mrs. Switzer is looking for volunteers to assist in decorating for the Christmas Concert "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". She would like help with painting and creating props. Please reach out to her directly at gitruss@cbe.ab.ca if you would like to help out with this.
