We had our first fire drill of the year this afternoon. Students did a great job of remaining quiet throughout the drill.
In language arts, we continued working on our All About Me projects. Right now we are at the "craftier" portion but in the next few days we will get into the writing portion.
In math, we practiced finding the value of a digit within numbers with up to 5 digits. We used our whiteboard.
In social studies we continued learning about maps.
We went outside for a little break today and drew with chalk on the compound. It was beautiful outside and some students traced their shadows!
